I’m Donatello. The person behind NOAH.
I believe in the value of supporting people on their journey. NOAH is the name I gave to that choice.
Carbon management: continuing my training.
I am taking a carbon management course to deepen my understanding of emissions and reduction pathways. The training is ongoing and is not yet an awarded qualification. I connect it with my everyday experience of analysing consumption, energy and mobility.
I chose a name that points to a direction.
NOAH evokes Noah, someone who helps others make a crossing. I founded the company on 19 May 2014 with this idea: to put my skills at the service of people navigating change. Helping them choose, building connections and supporting the move towards more considered use of energy and resources.
Care takes shape in everyday things.
For me, work also has an inner dimension: the meaning of what we do, our responsibility to others and respect for what is entrusted to us. This attention becomes tangible in a more comfortable home, a business that understands its consumption, or a place that more people can discover.
A background built in the field.
My career began with technical training and experience in buildings, construction sites and public works. I have worked with local authorities, addressed environmental and safety issues, and managed apartment buildings. Each experience taught me to look at a problem from more than one angle.
I also know what it means to welcome guests.
Between 2012 and 2014, I managed the I Picchi guesthouse in Gressan. Behind the word “hospitality”, I recognise a real working day: preparing spaces, welcoming someone and keeping services running. I bring this experience to accommodation providers’ choices on comfort, energy and mobility.
Building connections is part of how I work.
In my CV, I wrote: “I enjoy building networks and helping my clients work together.” That still reflects how I feel. My experience in volunteering and civil protection, alongside work with organisations and businesses, deepens the value I place on being present, listening and collaborating.
Expertise backed by documents.
My background includes the preliminary design of the Valdigne cycle route as part of a temporary professional consortium in 2005, and environmental management roles for public bodies, including my 2013 appointment in Rhêmes-Saint-Georges. My relationship with Repower is documented from 2016. My Utility Manager qualification under Italy’s UNI 11782:2020 standard is supported by the 2021 Intertek certificate and the ASSIUM professional attestation for 2026. Different roles and documents that show how my expertise developed.
From the Aosta Valley to international exchange.
At SMAU Stockholm 2026, I presented La Kiuva as an operational example of the Kyklos approach: solar PV, charging and mobility for Alpine tourism treated as parts of the same project. It is how I build on local work and open it up to new relationships.
Convictions become
practical choices.
I have driven electric since 2017. I started with a Renault Zoe, with AC charging up to 22 kW; today I travel around 65,000 km a year across Italy. I have also invested in two Repower Charging Net systems, in Buthier and Quart.
I want to act on the emissions associated with my choices and understand their impact. I bring this commitment to consultancy: helping others improve also means making sense of data and making progress verifiable.
