Conto Termico. An Italian incentive within a project.

NOAH supports your initial assessment of systems and opportunities: real needs, documents and discussion with the professionals handling the application.

The project starts with the comfort you want.

Renewing a system means choosing how to live and work in the years ahead. First we consider demand, the building’s condition and patterns of use; then we check the incentives that may support the intervention.

Conto Termico: checking your case.

Conto Termico is an Italian scheme managed by GSE for eligible energy efficiency measures and renewable heat production. Access, requirements and funding depend on the applicant, property and technology. Assessment uses the decree, application rules and GSE clarifications in force at the time of the application.

01

Before committing

We identify the beneficiary, their rights over the property, the existing system and the proposed intervention. We check the application sequence before commitments are made or work begins.

02

Technical and economic choices

We connect performance, investment, expected operation, eligible costs and the potential incentive, involving the relevant professionals.

03

Documents and responsibilities

Together with the client and technical professionals, we define who handles design, installation and the application; we collect the necessary documents and follow the checks included in the engagement.

Heat pumps and solar PV: conditions matter.

GSE’s Conto Termico 3.0 FAQs set specific conditions for PV and storage, including combining them with replacement of the winter heating system by electric heat pumps and a self-consumption configuration. Assessment must also cover the eligibility of the applicant and building. Simply combining products does not establish entitlement to funding.

Each technology has its own pathway.

Heat pumps, solar thermal and electric radiant systems have different characteristics and incentive conditions. For Santoni, as for other solutions, the technical proposal and any funding are assessed separately. Amounts and eligibility must be checked against the complete project; GSE determines whether the incentive is granted.

What we can start with.

Photos and documents for the existing system, available maintenance records and specifications, consumption figures, property information and an outline of the intervention are useful. We help you organise this material and discuss it with the technicians and those handling the application.
