What you need to apply
- Energy audit, detailed quotations and invoices for costs already incurred; application forms and declarations.
- Owner’s or legal representative’s digital signature, .p7m attachments and stamp duty via PagoPA. Submit through ReStart.
- New installations: solar PV/wind with at least 70% self-consumption. Check exclusions for previous grants.
- Certain categories have priority: chronological order alone does not guarantee funding.
